Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in line with established accounting principles.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring efficient payment cycles and timely collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation and submission of tax filings.
- Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and resolving queries.
- Maintain well-structured financial records and organised documentation.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record as an Accountant or in a similar role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho or similar platforms, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
