At Guildhall we are seeking a highly experienced, visionary, and hands-on Head of Creative to lead its growing creative division. This is a key leadership role for someone who lives and breathes design, understands luxury branding, and can translate business objectives into high-impact visual communication across multiple platforms.

We are looking for a female candidate with 10+ years of progressive experience in the creative industry, with a portfolio that spans print, digital, social, electronic, and outdoor media. Strong design fundamentals, visual storytelling, team leadership, and project management are critical to success in this role.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the visual identity of Citi Developers across all media channels.
  • Drive concept development for campaigns, branding, and high-profile real estate launches.
  • Oversee the daily operations of a creative team (currently 4–5 in-house designers, with external and remote vendors/agencies), ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
  • Act as a hands-on designer, setting benchmarks and leading by example in creative execution.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, and development teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Build and expand the creative team as the company scales, establishing clear processes and standards.
  • Manage creative budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Ensure all creative assets are aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning and European-inspired aesthetic.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the creative and design industry.
  • Strong background in print, digital, social, outdoor, and visual communication.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing in-house teams and external vendors.
  • Proven ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
  • A strong, clean, and contemporary design portfolio is essential.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
