Guildhall is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Country Manager to oversee home appliance to accelerate high-end transformation in Ghana (West Africa) market transformation. This role offers flexibility and is ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact in the region.

Location: Ghana - (West Africa)

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead channel development and sales policy setting in Ghana.
  • Deliver on regional revenue and profit targets.
  • Research industry trends, competitor landscape, and user needs.
  • Align with HQ strategy to plan brand/product rollout and launches.
  • Support national distributor in building branded stores.
  • Independently develop partnerships with large retail chains and project clients.
  • Standardize and enforce policies for channel types, store locations, and operations.
  • Map out product roadmap and upgrade cycle based on competition and customer demand.
  • Ensure rapid launch of mainstream product lineup.
  • Customize product/price/channel strategy to fit local market and Haier's long-term goals.
  • Build capabilities in marketing, supply chain, and service to lead in branding.
  • Design and execute yearly marketing plans.
  • Create value-added, premium brand experiences with partners.
  • Guide distributor in establishing OPSI system (Operations + Process + System Integration).
  • Build a competitive, localized value chain and pricing strategy.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or higher in Management, Economics, or related tech/business fields.
  • 5+ years in sales/marketing management.
  • Preferably with experience in West African home appliance or telecom industry.
  • Language: Fluent English, capable of handling full business negotiations.

  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and autonomy.
  • Willing to relocate and reside in Ghana long term.
