Tennis Coach

Guildhall is helping a well-known listed group in China hire a full-time Tennis Coach for their growing sports & wellness division.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tennis Instruction: Independently develop and implement teaching plans for private lessons, group classes, and intensive training during winter and summer breaks
• Teaching Management: Ensure student safety during lessons, cultivate students' interest in tennis, and improve their comprehensive abilities
• Event Organization: Plan and execute student tournaments and skill exchange activities
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with students and parents, provide timely feedback on learning progress, offer professional consultation, and maintain client relationships
• Marketing Support: Assist with the club's marketing and student recruitment efforts
• Additional Tasks: Complete other temporary tasks related to club operations as needed.

Requirements:

• High-level athletes or graduates with education or sports-related majors are preferred
• Advanced tennis skills required (NTRP 4.0+ for men, 3.5+ for women); candidates with Level 2 or above tennis athlete certification preferred
• Mature teaching philosophy; experience teaching children and youth preferred
• High teaching proficiency; candidates with relevant certifications or professional qualifications are preferred
• Ability to arrange work schedules flexibly and adapt to the club's working rhythm
• Proactive work ethic, good teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, and a service-oriented mindset
• Commitment to long-term development in the sports industry, with innovation and perseverance
