Guildhall is seeking a Capital Operations Manager to join our client's Group Strategy & Development Department, focusing on investment, financing, and M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in investment banking or consulting and a passion for driving strategic growth initiatives — especially within oil & gas projects.

- Lead and support M&A transactions, capital investment projects, and financing strategies.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for potential deals.
- Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle — from sourcing opportunities to negotiation and execution
- Identify new investment opportunities aligned with the Group’s strategic vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate market trends and develop growth strategies.
- Engage in post-merger integration planning and performance tracking.
- Lead business negotiations with global partners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for leadership and board-level decision-making.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, advisory firms, and industry partners.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance, specializing in M&A, capital investment, or project financing.
- Proven track record in executing successful transactions.
- Experience in oil & gas projects is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with China A-shares and related regulations is a plus.
- Exceptional financial analysis & modeling capabilities.
- Strong business negotiation skills in English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
- Ability to work in dynamic, international environments — flexibility for global assignments is a must.

- Base location: Dubai or Beijing.
- Willingness to travel and work internationally on project assignments
