Guildhall is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Director to oversee home appliance to accelerate high-end transformation in UAE and copy Oman market transformation model to other GCC countries. This role offers flexibility and is ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact in the region.

Job responsibilities:
  • Build high-end product position, achieve No.1 market share target in GCC.
  • Parallel with HQ product lines to continuously satisfy user's demand with high-end products.
  • Strengthen channel depth& width across GCC nation to achieve No.1 image/share/experience
  • Enhance sellout transformation progress with digital and AI support, achieve industry leading empowerment of promoter/marketing
  • Monitor and co-operate with all supporting departments, such as finance/logistics/ service, to continuously improve business efficiency and customer/user experience
  • Reinforce the relationship with all customers to manage healthy OD and overage, increase the capability of CCC.

Key Qualifications
  • Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, management, economics, electronic information and other related majors;
  • Experience: More than 8 years of sales and marketing management related work experience, those with sales management experience in UAE and GCC related industries are preferred;
  • Language: English proficiency can be used as a working language, independent business negotiations;
  • Have independent strategies for communication and management of major customers, and can lead and promote comprehensive projects;
  • Strong organizational management, coordination, communication skills, systematic thinking ability, and decision-making ability;
  • Strong ability to withstand pressure and frustration, accept challenges, and obey the arrangement of permanent expatriates
