The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land acquisition strategies, market analysis, negotiations, and due diligence to identify and secure prime development opportunities.

Backed by a publicly listed parent company in Japan, the firm specializes in acquiring, developing, and managing residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. With a strong focus on strategic land acquisition, asset management, and sustainable development, the company is dedicated to creating high-value investment opportunities while setting new industry benchmarks in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Land Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and acquire plots suitable for development, ranging from small villa plots to large-scale commercial projects.
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to assess the feasibility and potential return on investment for targeted land acquisitions.
- Negotiations & Transactions: Engage with property owners, brokers, and government entities to negotiate and secure land deals at competitive terms.
- Due Diligence: Ensure thorough legal, financial, and regulatory due diligence on land acquisitions, including zoning laws, title clearances, and environmental assessments.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, real estate agents, government bodies, and key industry stakeholders.
- Project Feasibility & Development Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to assess site potential, infrastructure requirements, and long-term investment strategies.
- Contract & Documentation Oversight: Manage acquisition agreements, legal documentation, and compliance processes to facilitate seamless transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or investment within the UAE or GCC region.
- Industry expertise: Strong understanding of land regulations, zoning laws, and real estate market dynamics in the Middle East.
- Financial acumen: Ability to analyze financial models, development costs, and projected returns on investment.
- Negotiation skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals with landowners, brokers, and government authorities.
- Network & relationships: Established connections with real estate professionals, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
