Guildhall is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager for a leading manufacturer of innovative toilet and kitchen pods, catering to the real estate construction sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the KSA construction market and will be responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, and operations to drive seamless execution of the company's business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the KSA construction sector.
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients, including developers, contractors, and government housing sectors.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, to maximize revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of bathroom and kitchen pods and their unique value proposition.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to achieve favorable business outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Engineering is a preference.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the KSA construction industry especially with prefabricated construction products or modular building systems.
- Existing network of contacts within the KSA construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
